Can you please recommend how I do fill the hole or anyone recommend someone who can do it professionally?

If the cat flap is in the wall (Really? Who puts it in the wall rather than the door?) and you don’t want it to remain, then you simply fill the hole in with whatever material the wall is made of. Possibly a job for a local builder.0
