CCL Computers

Purchased a motherboard from CCL (should have checked the seal on the box) after spending hours to figure out why the pc wasn't working correctly, sent it back to CCL where they found a couple of bent pins in the CPU socket, CCL sold me a used motherboard which was probably a return.
Now they are sending it back to Asus for repair, its out of order. I want my money back and next time will buy from someone else.

I have spent many hours making phone calls, writing emails but noone takes ownership to resolve the issue.

The MD of CCL is completely unresponsive.

I'm assuming this is an Intel board. Normally the pins get damaged by accident and that's why the cover is there. It usually says on the label that if you send the board back with no cover there is no service.

I don't think its in CCL's interest to deliberately sell duff boards, the broken seal may not mean anything, it's most likely so CCL know whey they bought the board from so they can send it back.
