Hi
I have checked my credit score and shows that a CCJ has been issued, I have not received any notification of this prior. My concern is I live with my mother who is registered as disabled and don't need bailiffs coming to the door, it doesn't help matters that I was recently made unemployed aswell so I have no money to pay this any way? All I know is that it's been issued by county court business centre but I have no contact details to try and call and get this resolved. I'm not sure where I stand on this any advice would be greatly appreciated

Find out who the claimant is. If you can't get through on the phone, ask them to email you the particulars of claim.
County Court Business Centre (CCBC):

On rare occasions a claim form can be lost in the post, but normally this happens because you move house and fail to inform the creditor you have done so, therefore all correspondence goes to the old address, and hey presto, CCJ by default.
Contact the court as advised above, then the matter can be dealt with.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
