What about people who work in Retails Store that do not have a carpark? Unless its in your contract that they provide parking its up to you to find somewhere to park legally.
Why not get a job with one of the other shops at the Retail Park then your problem would be solved.

No - but a condition of the planning might be free parking?Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0 -
There is a very good chance that the company don't even own either their building or the car park. They will lease the building and possibly lease spaces as a separate contract. The fact that employees of other premises have to enter their numbers into a machine points to the freeholder keeping ownership of the car park and the premises have to 'buy'' parking spaces. Some may buy enough for all their employees others just management and no doubt there will be some that don't sign up to it.0

Normally for a retail park any pp condition for parking will be purely for customers and possibly for a minimum set time. It will be up to the retailers to negotiate on behalf of their employees for all day parking for staff.0 -

if the spaces were paid for as opposed to being free parking "for customers/users/visitors" to the site , then this opens a can of worms , as in rates payable , vat receipts etc etc
