Parking attendent gave ticket as soon as he got to the car.

Hello everyone.
Hope all is well. Wondering if anyone has knowledge about parking enforcment officer giving me a ticket when he just got to my car. I got to the car the same time as him, he asked me if i had a ticket and said no. So before he managed to do anything i got in my car and drove off. Whilst i was getting in i belive he activated a camera. Now i have driven off and saw him in my rearview mirror taking a picture.
If i receive a ticket will it stand? I had no ticket stuck to my wind screen he did not take a picture of my wind screen to see if there are any permits/tickets, he doesnt know or have proof how long the car was there.
It was a council attendant.
Any feedback will be much appreciated.
