Ive had a cheap Lidl weather station for about 12 months. I tried changing the time settings a number of times but it always reverted to "euro time" . .
Sooo . . . I looked deeper into the settings and found the correct way to alter it.
It's fine now, don't know if these clocks are the same

These clocks are analogue. The only way I can think of is to loop a piece of wire over the hour hand and physically pull the hand back an hour. This would, of course, invalidate the 3-yr guarantee and could possibly damage the movement.
