Question about CIFAS

Hello,
Cifas closed down my Santander bank account in early September. No warning had been given. We went to collect our children's weekly tax credits and child benefit at the ATM and were told they couldn't conplete the transaction. So we went in store where the staff were also confused. I was told to call Santander. They couldn't find a reason straight away. Two days later they inforned me quite bluntly that Cifas had closed my account and to talk to them. They would answer no more questions. Whilst this was we were already in the process of changing bank accounts. My application went through with no problems. I currently have an open and active account with Natwest.
We applied for the subject access returned data paperwork straight away. It arrived today. I shall add that i haven't been able to eat, sleep or think straight whilst waiting for this letter. I struggle terribly with social anxiety.
We have one sheet of paper with quite basic information. I think it's regarding a mobile phone contract that wasn't completed in full payment. It goes way back to 4 years ago. The following points are made:
Case Type - Misuse of Facility
Reason - Evasion of Payment
Cifas Filing - First Party Fraud
Details incorrect - Address Confirmation
We have recently moved house. We have a number of debts that we are desperstely trying to update and pay affordable amounts to. We haven't got round to updating them all yet.
I am trying to get a part time job after 9 years as a stay at home mum. I keep getting endless refusals for these jobs. Can Cifas affect this in any way?
Does this mean i now gave a marker in my name? If so, is this category 6?
What happens next? Do i give the phone company my new address and start up regular instalments again? How long will this affect my name for?
What if anything, could cause me a barrier due to Cifas's actions?
Is this a good enough reason for Santander to shut my bank account down, talk to me quite rudely and give me no notice of the closure?
Any advice would be very greatly appreciated please

What do your credit files list under their relevant "CIFAS" sections?0

Yes, First Party Fraud is a category 6 marker

Cifas don't themselves issue instructions. Any bank is highly likely to close an account when it sees a category 6 marker. It is a good enough reason. You don't give notice to fraudsters.0 -
Cifas provided the information (or it came across the desk of the relevant dept at the bank) on request.
As for applying for jobs a Cifas shouldn't affect them but it depends what kind of jobs your applying for.0 -
You need to find out who put the marker on and complain to whatever organization put it there with the aim of getting it removed.
Try https://www.cifas.org.uk/contact-us/subject-access-request
Also, you should be aware that Natwest are also highly likely to close your account because of the cat 6 marker.0
