Bellway upgrades

Hi All,
Both me and my partner are really interested in a 3 bedroom property currently being built by Bellway. We have been into the showroom on a few occasion and have continued to register and interest from when they become available.
My question is, we are currently trying to budget for extras/upgrades for when the homes are release but the Bellway agents seem reluctant (rightly or wrongly) to provide us with any price guides to allow us to budget.
The main ones I think are appropriate are
the C+Kitchen
Ceramic tiling for the Kitchen
Full wall bathroom tiles
If anyone can help, thanks again

Save the money and get it done yourself after you move in. You’ll get it done for between 1/3 to 1/2 what Bellway will charge.

You could ask for a ballpark figure for the total of what you want? Eg. we asked about upgraded flooring including amtico and she said she would put aside maybe 4k. That helped us crunch numbers a bit but wasn't set in stone.
  • I'm of the same opinion about getting it done after move in, but my other half would rather it was done before we could move in. Part of this question was to try and gather some evidence to convince her :)
