Hello,
Out of the blue 12 months of owning my apartment suddenly the toilet, shower and sink drain super slow like there is a blockage furtherdown the line.
Anyone got any advice what I can do and does this come under the 2 year warrenty?
I cant tell if it my pipes or the main pipe that the whole building uses.

contact your water company today. I connected Thames water and the council. The council told me that it will be a few hours, but after that had past and when I phoned again Southwark told me at least 5 weeks, could not give me a date and sewage was overflowing the manhole cover in my garden.
you should also have an emergency contact number
Phoned Thames water after to council fobbed me off and they were there within 5 hours and took an hour to fix. A fantastic service.
Hopefully it affect others more than yourself, or is a shared drain, otherwise it could be your bill.
If some fool put stuff down the drain and blocked it, doubt it will not be covered by a warranty. A plumbing construction error should be.
if you are on the ground floor and the blockage is beneath you, you could get other effluent coming into your property - had this when I live in the 3rd floor of a high rise and had to jamb a plug in the sinkhole and weight it down0
