RBS Royalties account

My husband had an RBS royalties account. Just wondering if anyone had success in claiming ppi? It was a number of years ago so can't remember if there was ppi attached or not.

What do the account and PPI have in common?

You cannot have PPI on a current account, PPI covers debts like a credit card or loan in case you cannot pay it back so logically a current account would not have PPI. It is possible to have PPI on overdrafts however. Ask the bank and see if you had it, if so, complain if you feel it was miss-sold.

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
