I'm having trouble with my e-mails. When I try to send an e-mail from Outlook Express, I get an error message and it won't send. Then all of a sudden I get this square box come up asking for my password but above my username are the words "Local Hosts". I've gone into Tools and Accounts and then Servers and all of a sudden everything says Local Host. How and why does this happen? Is it anything I am doing. Your help please. This keeps happening and it's driving me MAAAAAAAAD.
Thanks - I feel better now, but I'd feel much better if someone could help me.
Thanks again ???

Try disabling email scanning in your antivirus software. BTW what is your antivirus software?0

If it's the Free Edition, turn off scanning of incoming and outgoing messages. See How to certify e-mails with AVG FREE Edition.
Scanning incoming/outgoing mail is a waste of time (and CPU) as any AV software worth its salt will warn you whenever you or the OS saves or opens an infected file. And if infected files cannot get onto your system, you cannot send them in your email.
