Conservatory Wall Footings Depth?

Comments

  • You should at very least get 600 m depth although with ours we found black metal pipes about a 50 cm down and had to use a bracket to pin the wall to the house in order to bridge over the top of these pipes, we don't know if they were water or gas pipes but needed to be very careful, it's surprising what you find when you go deep.

I wonder what the specification agreed between the customer & the conservatory company says about footings. If the customer wants them to go deeper than specified the company may well want him to pay for it.
