help needed

hi guys I really need some advise I have spoken to cab already its on going thing [to be honest not happy with them]

any way moving on
I'm employed 26 1/2 week shifts 2 till 10 4 on 4 off

income net is around 1,089.

I have one attachment of earnings for council tax which although not great they have to be paid
last month they took 140.00

I have living expense's like every one
I don't live high life
I have a car to get to work
get left with around 20.00 to last the month

today I have a letter from dwp telling they are getting an attachment of earnings which I cant afford

I have chatted on the phone them and no way will they even let me make monthly [cab advise I didn't pay they wrote to them saying they were dealing with the debt]
no this at my wits end with it all there seems no way out no matter how hard I work I get left with nothing then someone else comes out the wood work and bang here we go again.

its never ending I must just not be getting right advise I need to stop it all now so I can live a bit.

any advise please

This may be better posted on the debtfree wannabe forum as mostly this is about debt.

You mention an attachment of earnings from the DWP. What is this for? Amount?

Are you saying that they want the whole amount in a one off payment?

When you post on the debt board, rewrite your post to make clear your debt situation, what the attachment of earnings are for and amount, how many (are there 2 or 1 - what is the DWP thing?). As it stands you post is not at all clear as to your debt situation.
Did you complete the court papers for the A of E? Has your income changed subsequently?
What steps have you taken to get debt advice?
    Would a DRO be possible?
