DLA to PIP Question

Hi
I have a question regarding DLA and PIP.
bASICALLY i WAS ON dla HIGH CARE LOW MOBILITY FOR YEARS. cHANGEOVER CAME. i WAS GIVEN 0 POINTS AND KICKED OFF DISABILITY FOR OVER A YEAR. wENT TO TRIBUNAL ALONE WITH A PANIC ATTACK, THEY TWISTED MY WORDS AND i WAS AGAIN GIVEN 0 POINTS.
(Sorry caps on at wrong time there)
Over a year later I reapplied (same diagnosis in mental health) but had the help of any mental health social worker. I was awarded standard both living and mobility.
My question is, I'm sure I heard some lawyers are challenging why awards are being given different to DLA or completely taken away?
Can I challenge my previous claim? I was not allowed to go to upper tribunal and had serious health problems at the time so didn't have the strength to fight it.
Being disallowed PIP for over a year has put me into financial hardship as I lost lots of needed benefits and had a massive over-payment. I was forced into 3k of overdraft and had to take out 2 3k credit cards in order to keep up with my mortgage payments and provide for my 3 children.
Is there anything I can do?
Thanks for any advice.

You can't appeal a Tribunal decision unless an error in law is found in making the decision. If the decision was more than 13 months ago then i'm afraid you won't be able to do anything about that now. So, if the decision was less than 13 months ago you need to contact the Tribunal and ask them to send you the statement of reasons.Regina1984 wrote: »Hi

DLA and PIP have different criteria. Have you read the PIP descriptors? And can you provide evidence of how you fit the criteria?0
