From your other post in another thread here it seems the Court admitted to you that they had a problem in sending out claim forms on the date yours was (supposed to be) issued!


Why have you folded knowing that a set aside application would succeed??

The court didn't admit to me that there was any problem. In fact they said that unless claim forms were returned by the Royal Mail as undelivered then they would be considered to have been received.

It would appear that somebody else has experienced the same problem.
