hi folks,
i was wondering if anyone can help me,
my mother borrowed £15k on a secured loan from swift advances with mortgage protection insurance, she repaid around £65k, she did fall into a lot of arrears,
does anyone know if mortgage protection insurance can be reclaimed?

You can complain about anything you like. Including the colour of the carpet in the office. Of course, it doesnt mean you have a valid reason though.
So, what reasons for complaint does your mother have?
The term "mortgage protection" covers any insurance that can be used in relation to a mortgage. So, what was this mortgage protection?
