You expect to get better treatment at a Ford dealership because of the trim level of the Fiesta you've bought?

Its totally off topic but I dont get Fords thinking of having a Fiesta in the Vignale line up,even a Focus for that matter.
Seems at odds with the supposed luxury tag.

    Edit: £21K for a Fiesta! :O

Its not a new thing. They used to use the Ghia branding for years - those were head and shoulders about the standard car in terms of spec and pricing too.

but Ghia was just a trim level.
This is Ford selling a whole different dealer experience (though it seems the OPs dealer didnt get the memo)

I thought you were referring to spec, as opposed to the experience.

I guess if they're going to the trouble of creating the Vignale sub brand, then they're trying to rope in as many variants as they can.

Feels a bit like clutching at straws to me...

It just seems at odds with what they are trying to sell.
To me its a business class type experience for cars.
So the Mondeo,SUV buyer fits into that.
Fiesta & Focus less so IMO
