Warm Home Discount deadlines
Is anyone on this or know anything about it?
I am on a qualifying benefit and received it for the first time last year. This year I got a letter about it but didn't open it, it's from SSE and they send me so many unimportant letters that I never got around to it and being disorganised is a symptom of my health issues. I just did today and read that the deadline for applying is today and any applications therafter may not be taken!
I've applied online this evening so hopefully that will still count. Is this a new thing where they have moved forward the deadline to make it extremely early? Most people won't even have thought about it yet given that we're barely into autumn.
