    ****UPDATE****

    So... today I had my day in court.

    I am delighted to say that I WON!!!

    CEL sent a solicitor, which surprised me, however he was very ill prepared.

    Claim dismissed, and my costs were awarded to be paid by CEL to me within 21 days. VICTORY!!!

    Thank all of you helped me with this and to those who have helped put together the NEWBIES thread... it really did help so thank you!!

    The judge described my defence as 'scrupulous' and that is a direct quote.

    Well done. Can you tell us on what basis the Judge dismissed the case please?

    Also, the court location and the Judge's name please?
