Sterling account & transferring money to Euro account

Situation is as follows I've inherited a share in a property in Spain which I have agreed to manage. I need to set up an account where the other shareholders can transfer money into (£) I will then use that account to pay bills etc.
Some of the threads I've looked at go back to 2112/13 so may be out of date.
I'm after advice on an account to look at which I can apply for. Good exchange rate for transferring cash is probably better than interest rates unless you can tell me otherwise.
Any questions ask away.
Regards
