Can you email the N180 directions questionnaire?

Simple question hopefully - does anyone know if it's acceptable to email the N180 Directions Questionnaire form to the CCBC? I've emailed it to the same address I sent my defence to (ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk) and tried calling to check if that is okay, but every time I call there's a queue of 50 other people in front of me so I figured asking here might be easier!

Email your completed N180 form to both moneyclaims@justice.gov.uk and to the other party.

If you don't complete and return form N180 your Claim/Defence could be struck out.
