Bradford & Bingley - Turned down PPI claim

I had ppi with Bradford and bingley on my mortgage had original paperwork stating what I wanted never ticked box for payment protection basically told if didn’t take it wouldn’t get mortgage claim rejected off Bradford and bingley been with ombudsman for 4 and a half years trying to sort must be the worst company to have had anything with0
