Amazon overcharging on Kids Unlimited subscriptions

Interested to hear if anyone else has realized Amazon is overcharging for their Kids Unlimited subscriptions on their Fire tablets
I have 2 kids with Kids Fire tablets. As a Prime member apparently it should cost £1.99 per month for a single subscription which if my maths is correct should be £3.98 per month for two?
However Amazon won't allow you to buy 2 subscriptions - it will only allow you to purchase a family subscription for up to 4 kids for the price of £4.99 per month
As the majority of people with more than one child are going to have two kids rather than three or four, is this not just a clever way of rinsing parents for an extra £12 per year?
Customer service have been less than helpful in explaining this and say it is 'company policy'. They have taken my details and said someone will look into it
So how much extra profit do we think Amazon are making out of this sharp practice?

Yet another single poster starting a nonsense thread.
Is there a likely known suspect on here that keeps starting up new user names?0
