& More card - second LOB balance transfer?

Has anyone had any luck getting another LOB balance transfer from &More recently? I've had my card for 7 months (3.9% LOB rate) and they've just increased my credit limit, giving me a spare £3500. I rang Customer Services but got the standard 'no, there's no BT offer available for you at the moment' line so I've emailed instead.
Has anyone been successful and if so, who did you ask to speak to and what did you say?
