A hired car be damaged in the Europcar's parking - Advice Please!!!

Hi,
I rent a car from the Europcar in August. They give me a car and a code to use their car park. The night before the day I intended to return, I parked my car in Europcar's parking lot and took some photos. When I left the parking lot, the car was damaged. The Europcar required me to take responsibility for the damage of car and claimed that their parking lot does not have CCTV.
I think it is completely unfair. What should I do?
Any help would be much appreciated!
