I would wait for some of the more court savvy regulars to comment before you send it. There are a small number of legally qualified members who post here so hopefully one or more of them will comment.
Hi Fruitcake,
I have spent time reading through other posts but could not find any better writing to support my case.
There are no other updates either.
Am I ok to send it like that after correction on all the suggestions?
In a mean while, in such a case, should I send via Email or recorded post? ( I don't have any email address from them or post address )
Any suggestions?
Thanks Bro.0 -
Never ever send anything by any method that requires a signature.
All that does is gives the intended recipient the opportunity to refuse to sign for it and then what do you have - proof of non-delivery. Not quite what you want.
If you must use Royal Mail, then use standard first class post getting a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office counter. The item is deemed delivered two days following posting.
Are you sure you have no address to send it to?
Is there no address on Gladstone's LBC? How strange.
Gladstone's email address can be found on this forum.0 -
Not registered (or whatever it is called this week) post as it gives the recipient an opportunity to refuse delivery and they can prove they didn't receive it!0

There is the registered address for Glad.
Went to their website but there is no information of contact at all.
I will just send by first class post and get a proof of sending and try to find an email address from the forum and send it via email again.
Hopefully, it will resolve the problem.0 -
Isn't there a full postal address bottom right of that letter?0

Hello friends,
Paper Reply Form received from Gladstones. + Annex1 Information Sheet + Annex 2 Standard Financial Statement + Frequently asked question and answers.
They did not provide any evidence nor documentation as requested by RK previous communication letter.
Please can anyone advise the next step?
1. keep requesting for further details as stated in the letter before?
2. fill in the reply form?
Guys, so stressful.0 -
Keep requesting all the information which the Law entitles you to.
I wrote seven requests once to Orange, not one reply. I finally complained to Ombudsman and was awarded compensation. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

haha, I will do that again via post.
However, the reply form letter received on 26 Oct 2018.
Is it ok to request all the other information again within the reply deadline, which I believe is 30 days from 26 Oct 2018?0 -
Does anyone know whether I should reply using the reply form + repeated request on the information before?0
