PCN from a Scottish retail park

PCN issued through letter. PCN is issued by 'Civil Enforcement Ltd'. Car park is within retail park in Scotland where a two hours max parking is in place. The driver entered the car park and left 2 hours and 20 mins later. Evidence of receipt of things bought whilst in retail park.!
Newbies thread has been read. Is it clear in saying ignore correspondence, complain to store management? What should be said to store management on approaching them? The keeper would like clarification on next steps.!:money:

The keeper should contact the retail park stating the vehicle was being used by a bona fire customer so would they cancel the ticket.
