Covering moped reg plate in private parking

Hi,
I parked in a private parking without realising it was private as there was not a sign at the entrance. I parked on the side, not occupying a parking space.
When I collected my moped after about 30 minutes I noticed the signs, I got stressed and I covered the number on my way out from the parking.
Do you think I could get prosecuted by the law for this or just being issued a fine, should another private camera inside the parking saw my numbers?:(

You will only know if your 'good use of initiative' has worked if you don't receive a scammers invoice.


Absolutely no chance of being prosecuted unless you smashed the cameras up (not advocating this ) its a civil matter, come back here if you do get a PCN and get quality advice then, apart from that, have a nice day
