From: one extreme to the other (my edit)
In less than a month
Mr Fishbulb's attitude is uncannily like mine: I'm out of funds completely at the moment since I transferred ny ISA from a tracker as I can't make up my mind which ones to buy, whether to buy any at all or, indeed, just stick it all in a bank account. The latter probably isn't a good idea with christmas just around the corner...Debbie0 -

Something to consider....have a look at what the professionals are doing: Jupiter Merlin Growth Portfolio, for example. This fund of funds has a good track record over the long term, and its current constituents will give clues to the managers' immediate preferences.
You could check out their choices at Trustnet, for example, and see whether you agree with them. Could you sit comfortably with the ratios of their funds? Could you do a similar thing at a lower cost via a platform, or by using a proxy such as a tracker or an ETF?
