Won Day and Night Cream but not expecting to receive this

On 21st September I was notified that I had won some Day and Night cream from the following competition:

I received a message on Facebook telling me that it would be posted on that Monday (24th September).

I thought nothing of it until today so I thought I'd give them a little chase but it turns out the Facebook page no longer exists and I therefore can't message anyone etc. so I guess I'm not going to be receiving anything from them.
