Best account help

I have an account I use for saving towards holidays etc, I have moved it a few times to get past bonuses currently with RBS and the service is shocking
Who can I move it to? Its wont have any wages paid in, been with Halifax and already have one with First direct.
Any tips?

If you've "moved it a few times to get past bonuses" then you'll presumably have ruled yourself out of some of the incentives currently available but look through what's there now via https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/banking/compare-best-bank-accounts

If you've moved it a few times already decide which of the previous banks you liked best?

    Then go back to them.

There'll be no incentive but that's not what you're after is it?

To be honest its the incentive I was after as its much better than the interest rate.
I did have quick look but as far as I could see they need money in each month?

If you're looking for a secondary account for saving and already have a primary account where your wages go, it's not difficult to shunt money backwards and forwards between them every month to satisfy any minimum funding requirements - many on here do this, either manually or automated via standing orders....

There are a few options, depending on who you've previously gotten bonuses from - check out eskbanker's link. Depending on the amount you're planning to save and how frequently you want to make deposits, or if you're likely to need the money in a hurry, there are a number of current and regular saver accounts that might be worth looking into
