Hi,
Has anyone had an experience with the above? It's a prior approval application (free of charge), that enables neighbours to be consulted re. the proposed development for those over 3m and upto 6m for attached properties.
My query surrounds the legitimacy of submitting the same plans/application more than once? I have read the guidance and cannot see anything stating you cannot do so.
