Why is this spam?

It was originally posted on the Consumer rights board under a totally inappropriate username (the same name as the company being complained about)..
I suggested the OP re-post in Praise, Vent & Warnings as there was no Consumer rights issue
The original thread had a discussion about the user name which has now been changed.
