As a newbie I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this message. However this is to let everyone know that there appears to be scam email being sent with the subject Martin Lewis Recommended from Protected Rates 2021. The hook is they harvest fixed interest rates deals from 2% to 6%. It looks very convincing but as it is a little too good to be true I checked out the address they give at the end of the message which is 53 London Bridge Street, London SE1 1SA. This postal address is not known by the Post Office. The Post Code does not exist.
I have received a similar email from the same source this time with the subject Compare 2021 fixed rates. The return email address is Mlewis@protectedrateschecker.com and there is an image which includes the name MoneySavingExpert.com. The address at the end of the email this time was 45 Bank St, Canary Wharf, London. Again the Post Office could not trace this address.
I can provide copies of these emails to the MoneySavingExpert if required.
