MSE Customer Service Rating: Not enough feedback yet
Hi new to this forum, in fact any forum. So, can someone tell me how these "Customer Service Ratings" shown against the fuel suppliers on the comparisons for cheap energy are collected by the cheap energy club, as I would like to rate my current electric supplier but can't see anything anywhere in the cheap energy club area to give a rating?

There is a feedback thread for evert supplier (hopefully) on this board. You can post dfeedback on your supplier there.
As for customer service ratings, I believe these are connected to the polls MSE run. The energy suppliers one runs about every 6 months or so..
