Notice of intended court action - TODAYs date

Hi all
I have had a couple of experience on here before and won (thanks for all the help). However I cant find much info on the below, I do know it will be here somewhere but deadline is very short!!!

A friend who had moved from home visited her dad recently to be told she had some post. It was a "Notice of intended court action". No other post as he believes he may have thrown previous correspondence away.

She is obviously concerned as they are demanding £130 to be paid by the end of TODAY.
She is the registered keeper who overstayed in a Sainsbury's car park in Newquay. So far no response has been given to any communications.

What is her best course of action???

Thanks team
