Notice of intended court action - TODAYs date

Hi all
I have had a couple of experience on here before and won (thanks for all the help). However I cant find much info on the below, I do know it will be here somewhere but deadline is very short!!!
A friend who had moved from home visited her dad recently to be told she had some post. It was a "Notice of intended court action". No other post as he believes he may have thrown previous correspondence away.
She is obviously concerned as they are demanding £130 to be paid by the end of TODAY.
She is the registered keeper who overstayed in a Sainsbury's car park in Newquay. So far no response has been given to any communications.
What is her best course of action???
Thanks team

Thanks, and sorry for the new thread. Will try to delete. Just as it was so last minute and the DRP info was from 2011 wanted to be sure. Will let her know and come back if court papers are issued.
