    the defendant can send CEL a SAR using the GDPR and get all their docs and evidence and landowner contracts etc (a SAR request for everything is best)

    my opinion is that CEL issued the original pcn and/or NTK so assume they did for now and get working on the defence and the SAR too (and forget about Parking Eye as I do not believe that they are involved at all)
