Correct, you obviously know more about Nationwide accounts than the counter staff at my Nationwide Branch. So first part of my conundrum is solved. I have had a phone call from the Branch and Head Office will speak to my wife about her problems.0

Well, not really, because they correctly refused you counter service because of the type of account you have (and doubtless would have explained that at the time) so they clearly did know their T&Cs, you're the one that was upset by it and posted on here about it.urs sinserly,
