What's a broken, no longer in production phone worth? No a lot, what did you insure it for?0 -

It sounds like it was no longer broken as LG had repaired it so it's more the value of a working (maybe reconditioned) model of the same age. Plus it is LG who sent it back to OP so it is up to them to get adequate insurance, they are liable to OP for the value of the phone whether they can claim that back from DPD or not.0 -

it wasn't broken0 -
I'm sure LG will have stocks of them for exchanges - they'll just send you another G3.
They'll probably be refurbished, but this is acceptable given your handset wasn't new when you sent it back to LG.0 -
I'd try asking them for a year's warranty on the replacement phone, they might allow it for the inconvenience caused by their choice of (non-)delivery method.0

You sent it back. They returned it, lost in transit. Its down to them to replace or credit for it. Their agents lost it.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
