Where is the thermostat? Is it getting too warm in your house before the hot water gets to the two problem rads?
Turn the thermostat right up and the water temp on your boiler and see if the heat gets to the two rads with issues (sometimes I have the rad closest to the stat off to avoid this situation).

It's a nest thermostat and its in the hallway, so basically giving it a good blast and see if it forces it through? I guess I can try this with all the other radiators turned off and see what happens again.

No joy I'm afraid, had all radiators off. Leaving the faulty one on. Blasted the boiler and nothing. The pipe on the ends won't even get warm, thought it was not warming up, went to a random radiator to turn on and it got hot in under 20seconds
