Defending myself against UKPC in court tomorrow - advice of do's and don'ts?

I've got my court date with UKPC tomorrow, defending myself against four parking tickets.

2 x parking outside of designated bays
1 x obstructing/parked in a roadway
1 x returned within 48 hours

Very basic sum up of defence is as follows:

- For 1 of the parking outside bay, the photos are taken at 5am, VERY dark, COMPLETELY impossible to see a thing, the bumper is an inch over the INSIDE of white line and conveniently no pics of back of car to show it was actually in a space.

- For 2nd parking outside bay and obstructing roadway, I'm going with the trespass argument that they have no claim over the land and no contract is formed between us as per Parking Eye vs Beavis and Christopher Bull vs Parking Control Management (I've looked long and deep into a forum on Legal Beagles for this).

- For the returned within 48 hours, their time stamps are 15/03 18:42 and 17/03 19:08. As any one can see, the second time stamp is over 48 hours after the first, so I DID NOT return within 48 hours. Further to this one, the signs they've supplied in evidence bundle are different, they have different terms on each and one doesn't include the restriction of no return within 48 hours and they have no stated which one of the signs are actually on site.

Does anyone have any good advice on do's and dont's? Please note I've never been to court before or even stepped inside a courtroom so unsure what to expect.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

If yes great, your almost there, best of luck with it, having read many threads on here myself there are a number of posts about do's and don'ts in court on here, I cant point you in there direction or tell you who posted them but I know they are here.

Which area court are you in?

Hopefully the more experienced regulars will be along to give you some last minute pointers, I hope you demolish them in court tomorrow and please do come back telling us the good news.

    We wish you luck.

Dress smartly. Listen to the judge. The judge will help you.
The judge will not allow bullying from the other side

Give us a brief defence of your case so others can advise

I have done all of the above, yes!

The court is in Central London. I live in the suburbs and this is apparently my "local court" ..

I'm not sure how it's going to go, I hope I can plead my case well enough to make some kind of dent in their ridiculous claims ..

I'm sure you will have no issues pleading your case, you have proved your more than capable by doing everything right to get to this stage in good shape.

As Beamer says the Judge will help you, they know your not familiar with court procedures and legalities, I think if you come across as honest and humble, not arrogant I reckon most Judges will take pleasure in kicking scammers asses!!

    Thank you!

I have just edited post to include very basic summary of defence.

I don't want to be too optimistic going in, I think I'm more nervous that I've never stepped foot in court so no idea what to expect.

Here's a post by bargepole, then me, about what to do/how to prepare (take notes!):

The person won, as almost everyone we (the forum) coach, does.

And Oscar_UK just won by arguing 'no offer' on a probihition on parking sign:

As as well as a transcript of the Bull case, have you got PACE v Lengyel to see a decent Judge's view, try to steer your Judge the same way about trespass not being a matter for a third party firm:
