Barclaycard ppi refusal

Ive had Barclaycard for over 30 years yet when i contacted them they are saying there is no ppi on barclaycard, does anyone know if this is correct. I am grateful for any help or further information

Nobody on the internet is going to be able to answer that question as we have no access to your payment history.
You were the one getting the monthly statements. So, you are in the best position to answer your question as to whether you had it or not.
