Bay windows

Hi everyone, i am in the mood for some decorating, am looking at doing the dinning room, there is a bay window that's looking grubby though the actual windows are ok, it's the beading and architrave silicon sealant and widow ledge that are the worst, i have tried cleaning them but they still looks grubby, has anyone had all this stuff removed cleaned and new beading or maybe the original refitted, if so is it cost effective as i do not want to have new windows when i dont need them.
