We are going to need a lot more information than the badly worded single sentence you have provided here if anyone is going to be able to help you.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

What is a removal notice? Was it from the Council?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Not sure but they are demanding almost £400

    Who are? Equita bailffs?

Do you know the parking ticket it's about?

If a Council PCN, go to pepipoo and register (not Hotmail emails):

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30

If a private one, did you get court papers and lost the case, or ignored it?
if I had a parking ticket I would of paid it!!
Why would anyone do that? All PCNs can be appealed, Council or private, and most won.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
