OK but £95 is the cap, unless you convince the Judge of the unreasonableness by rattling off a list at the end, from a crib sheet you have done earlier.

A cap is the cap. You can earn £1000 an hour and still the max you could claim is £95.

Except if costs are allowed on the indemnity basis, if the D convinces the Judge that the high bar of unreasonableness has been met. Then the additional costs could list his real losses and costs.

I just copied it from the parking sign itself so I guess it works

Then that shows how old the sign is... which may in itself be another useful point.
