retrofitting underfloor heating

Hi all,
we are buying a house which has the dreaded electric storage heating, i dont think its very great.

planning to replace kitchen knock wall kitchen dining room down, new doors floor coverings etc

want to replace heating system either with boiler / radiators or underfloor heating

underfloor is preferred, the house is a bungalow with basement so i have access to under the floor iam wondering about fitting the underfloor heating from below to save work inside the house (iam more than competant to do it myself - other than commisioning work)
has anyone used clippa plates before or done similar??
