sky problem with picture

Installed a tv point to my kitchen from my sky box,Used the output on the back of the box and followed instructions on magic eye to the letter.The picture at the kitchen tv is fine for the normal channels so obviously signal is getting there ok but the picture for the sky is poor.Tried retunning tv but nothing helps.Sky pic at main tv is spot on.
