Euro car park PCN

Hi new to this forum I recently received a PCN from euro car parks kay st (Bolton) for the given reason the pay and display permit purchased did not cover the date and time of parking. I have read the newbies thread and used the template to first appeal the charge. However from what I have read I am expecting this to be rejected at which point I should be gives a POPLA number to take my appeal further at which point I will have to provide further details and argue my case. Any tips or information on what to put would be much appreciated.
