Has anyone's PIP been changed yet due to the court decision?

Hi,

I apologise if this is a common question or is stupid in some other way. I am certain that the decision made in the courts regarding PIP and overwhelming distress on journeys will affect my existing claim. My PIP response said directly that they know I'm incapable of travelling without a companion. Naturally when I say I'm certain, what I mean is that I'm absolutely terrified that they'll tell me I'm wrong.

So my real question is: has anyone's PIP claim yet been updated to reflect the court decision? Has anyone seen any benefit from it at all yet? Every day I don't get a letter is a day when I'm convinced that all the letters have already been sent out.

Anyway, thanks for any help. Sorry for the extensive fretting.

I think I read recently that they are only just starting to contact people and it’s going to take a long time. Unfortunately I can’t remember where I read it to verify it.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

They've got about 1.6 million claims to review, apparently. It could be a while yet before they get round to everyone.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
