Dpr action

Hello everyone.
I really need some advice on this.

So basicly, last May, i parked my car in a privat car park in uxbrigde (exel parking), i was in a hurry to.do a surprise for my wife's brithday, so i did ask the guy there if i could go up (the venue is right in front of the carpark), to do the actually surprise and come back to take the ticket. He agrred and did let me go.
I came back 30min after, got the machine ticket, and when i got to the car, the penalty was in the front window!

A few weeks later we get the first letter from them, we applied and tell the situation, and also we did semd a picture of our parking ticket. They came back saying we need to pay any way.
So i didnt.
No i ve got a DRP letter to pay £160 or they going to advice Excel parking to take me to court!

What do you think.i should do now?

Thanks in advance

    No you don't.

DRP letters are covered in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.

Come back when Excel or BW Legal start a claim; that's when these cases are won. Search the forum for Excel defence and read some cases while you laugh at DRP/Zenith demands!

And read the NEWBIES thread post #4, first. DRP/Zenith letters are to be ignored.

    :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
